Refund

In accordance with Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act, withdrawal from the contract or return of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt. The provider must be informed of this decision within this time frame. The returned goods must be undamaged, show no signs of use, and be in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for returning the goods, along with the completed return form and invoice, at their own expense to the following address: Dunajska cesta 177, 1000 Ljubljana, Fresh 32 d.o.o. The provider will process the refund within 8 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exchange

An exchange is possible if the buyer returns the goods to the provider in their original packaging, without any signs of use, and undamaged. The buyer must also include a completed return and exchange form, along with a copy or the original invoice, to the following address: Dunajska cesta 177, 1000 Ljubljana, Fresh 32 d.o.o.
