Returns

Withdrawal from the contract or return of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of goods in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, but the customer must also notify us of this within this time. Returned goods must be undamaged, show no signs of use and must be in original packaging. The return of goods must be accompanied by a completed form and invoice. The customer sends the package back to the supplier at their own expense to the address Dunajska cesta 177, 1000 Ljubljana, Fresh 32 d.o.o. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded within 8 days of receipt of the shipment.

Exchanges

Exchange is possible if the customer returns goods to us that are without signs of use, undamaged and in original packaging. In addition, they must attach a completed return and exchange form, together with a copy or original invoice to the address Dunajska cesta 177, 1000 Ljubljana, Fresh 32 d.o.o.
