Withdrawal from the contract or return of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of goods in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, but the customer must also notify us of this within this time. Returned goods must be undamaged, show no signs of use and must be in original packaging. The return of goods must be accompanied by a completed form and invoice. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded within 8 days of receipt of the shipment.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to the statutory return rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with the product, even after trying it.
This extended return period allows you to test the product, and if it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.
In this case, the returned product does not need to be unused, but it must be clean and sent back with the completed return form and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
